Building Entrepreneurship is a partnership of 4 EU countries who share a common interest in building and supporting entreprenuership among Minority Ethnic groups.
"We identify and develop good practice 'grass roots' initiatives which aim to overcome social exclusion experienced by groups who may be disadvantaged in the local labour market and are among EQUAL target groups."
